Site Can't find Discount code anymore, not used yet

Hello, as everybody else, I received a discount code on Jan 1st to use on the store. Now, if you don't use it right away, every year you can find it in the promotion section of your account, where you can even still see all the past years' codes (under the voice new years 2022, new years 2023 etc).
Here comes the issue: this year I can't find the code ANYWHERE in my account, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Can I get some help with this please?

Yes, this is correct. I don't see it either, and I didn't copy it because it always stays in your account history.

Someone can pass the message along to the staff?
