in which does "free realm transfers from blackrock TBC" consist of? I just logged in yesterday and today, didn't find anymore my beloved characters and TBC realm. I already checked website, FAQs, even asked IA on how to proceed but can't really find an answer to understand if it is possible to recuperate/restorate characters I cannot view anymore
