How to recover a character

I had a character back en 2024 if I am not wrong, I want to play again, but I see doesn't exist anymore, what can I do, I would pay if needed.

Is there a way that I can speak with the staff just to know if it was already removed?, I had my Shaman Ork level 42 (I think) in IceCrown.

Then it's gone with the cleanup, as it removes inactive characters that are below 50.

There's no chance to restore the shaman.

Adding anyway, if it was player deleted instead, the restoration period for that is 30 days. Long gone by now.
