WotLK Lagging when moving mouse cursor

Hi

I have been playing without any issues for a long periode of time, but after I updated my BIOS and graphic drivers yesterday, I experience lagging when ever I move my mouse. I can run around without any problems with my keybaord, but the moment I move my mouse the screen starts to jumo frames.

I have removed the game and redownloaded it, but the issue still remains. What can I do to fix this?

Motherboard: NZXT N5 Z690
CPU: i7 13700k
GPU: RTX 4080

Have the exact same thing, no clue how to fix it... when i move around the camera with my mouse theres microsutters and alot of it.

Have you tried disabling Hardware Cursor in video settings
