Am I stupid, or is my DK quest bugged?

I started a DK (Killyr). I recently completed "How to Win Friends and Influence Enemies" quest from Keleseth, but after the turn in, I do not have the option to pick up another quest from Kelseth or Rivendare. I think the next quest should be "Lambs to Slaughter" from Rivendare?

Or should I talk to someone else for the next quest?

The next quest is "Behind Scarlet Lines" from Prince Keleseth. Try right-clicking him even if you don't see the !

Right clicking on Keleseth does nothing for me. I can click and target him, but i get no chat icon and right click does not open a dialog. Right clicking on Rivendare gives me the generic dialog about the crusaders being stupid (paraphrased).

I even tried deleting cache, interface, and WDB folders.

Next to the minimap, press the tracking button, and select "low level quests"

Still no love. I enabled Low Level Quests on the tracker, it does not show anything on the minimap.

It looks like Im stupid. Noth the Plaguebringer has a quest just outside near where Prince Keleseth and Rivendare are.

Once I finished the Noth cauldron quest, I was able to speak to Keleseth and get the next quest. Thanks for the help!
