Dop locations for Ring of Holy Cleansing and Ice Spire Spire Scepter

Hello Warmane team and Onyxia players,
I have a question regarding the drop sources for two specific items on the Onyxia server:

Ring of Holy Cleansing (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=3...holy-cleansing) According to Wowhead, this drops from Jedoga Shadowseeker in Heroic Ahn'kahet: The Old Kingdom as well as from Heigan the Unclean in Naxxramas.
Ice Spire Scepter (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=4...pire-scepter):): Wowhead lists this as dropping from Loken in Heroic Halls of Lightning.

However, the AtlasLoot addon only shows these items in the Naxxramas raid loot sections, and not in the heroic dungeon loot for Ahn'kahet or Halls of Lightning.
Could the administration please confirm:

Do these items drop from the heroic dungeon bosses (Jedoga and Loken) on Onyxia?
If not, what are the exact drop sources on this server? Are there any custom loot table changes for heroics?

This would help a lot with gearing decisions. Thanks in advance for the clarification!
