How do I get rid of that? It's been around ever since I installed the game fresh, without any addons. Maybe it's a leftover on my profile from some addon years ago.

That's healbot. So you do have addons.

/healbot config -> Cure (bottom tabs) -> Warning (top tabs) -> disable "Display warning on debuff"
