WotLK World server is down

I can log in and after that any of my characters cant enter the game, I'm getting this message world server is down, but my friends are loged in playing ? how is that possible ? even my local neighbor is in, we are ont the same network ?

forgot to mention I''m speaing about the icecrown realm, for all other realms I dont ahve that issue , so at first I tghought I'm banned or smth :d but that proves me wrong I guess

I'm having the same issue. I quit to add an addon and when I tried to sign back in I got the "World Server is Down" message. I can log into Onyxia fine. I removed my WTF and Cache folders and it didnt help.
