Can't create a ticket in my account panel because the only category is "ban appeal" and if i set it to ban apeal it says its not valid... where do I seek help with account even?

Anyways perhaps devs read the forums, here's my original message:

Hi, when I'm trying to enter the world on Icecrown on "Neheheheheh" shammy, it crashes the whole game. It is a character transfer from MoP or Cata I don't remember. In past I think I changed the name thinking it would solve the issue, but it didn't...
Can't unstuck via website because the toon has no hearthstone...
IDK whats the problem, perhaps the transfer didnt go well?

The error message when I try to select the character and enter the world says:

ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal Exception
Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 0023:004057FB

The instruction at "0x004057FB" referenced memory at "0x00000004".
The memory could not be "read".

I just read the guide about error #132 and I think in this case there's problem on the server side as I ran the game on 2 computers, I can login to literally any given character except this one that throws error, I downloaded the game via torrent from Warmane to a completely different folder and ran it, same issue. The problem is not with my PC.

The character was a transfer from Cata > WotLK and perhaps thats the issue, i copied the error message to google and it found 2 different posts with same ise and those had no reply either...

So, yes, probably the server is trying to send you to where you were in MoP. You will have to talk with support. I think the best thing you can do is explain the case opening a ticket in-game from another character
