Realms Alliance leveling area for 35-45

I don't know if anyone has ever noticed, but alliance doesn't have a safe leveling area between 35-45 like the horde does. I would LOVE to see Stranglethorn vale become a non-pvp zone so people can actually level... Too many level 80 horde camp the zone and kill everyone. Its beyond toxic at this point and is honestly ruining the game for me. I can't get a dungeon to level, and the zone is impossible to do anything. And the worst part? GMs won't punish people for camping corpses/graveyards even if your corpse is in the graveyard.

Also GMs have no reason to punish people doing something that is acceptable in a PvP server.
