Hi, I signed up a few years ago to play a few games. I only created an account, and I don't even remember if I'd started leveling any characters. Anyway, I started playing again yesterday. I can log in to the game (I didn't find any characters), so I created one and started leveling it, but the forum says my IP address is banned. I'd like to know what happened. One thing I'm sure of is that my Google account was hacked a few years ago, and they may have taken my login information, but I'm now in full possession and have recovered everything. Could I be unbanned to be safe from leveling a character on an account that might have problems? I currently have a character named Rubair, level 15, created yesterday. His hearing name is Rub4ir.
