A friend of mine can't register on the website. When she enters all the information and clicks the register button, nothing happens. The "I'm not a robot" field is also missing.

Obviously this has been escalated so sorry to pile on, but some additional relevant information:

Tried from three different devices on wifi, one on mobile. Firefox, edge, chrome, and safari browsers. Cleared cache and retried.
Tried using proxy/VPN in case it was a regional captcha issue to same result.
Captcha is missing in all cases and create account button is inactive.

Captcha is working for 2FA/account login, just create account is missing.
Here's to hoping it is a simple fix, thanks all.

I'm still having issues with this. It says recaptcha failed

Captcha now correctly appears, however it says "recaptcha failed" upon submission.
