Hey, I was just wondering if there is a possibility for the staff to actually make the Dalaran AH robot bigger? Because for whatever reason people love to stack on that table like its a swinger party making it hard to actually use it?

Or make the zone apply size reduction buff for 70% reduced size to players. Applies every second, and lasts for 2 seconds.
Better yet, make a macro to target it it and press "interact with target" keybind.

well ye, I suppose that works for u and 25% of people, maybe now its going to be 30%...other 70% dont know that they can actually do that...Thats why they stack on it-because they have a macro and a keybind (specifically for that npc). Your post is not a solution to a general problem, its a sassy reply suggesting something that not a lot of players probably do or have. It suggests that 10k+ players should do that because its hard to make 1 "NPC" larger... Although yes, I hope its gonna help at least some people now...another solution would probably be to just make the whole area from the table on non-accesible...like the AH npcs in Ironforge for example...

I'd like to think if someone has gone out of their way to play a now almost 18 year old version of an almost 22 year old game, they probably know they can make a macro and do that. There's an addon for this I saw as well. You can also just turn on nameplates and interact with that. Very difficult things, I understand.

Or you could...idk...improve the game and make all the workarounds not necessary? Crazy I know. Easier to address this specific post weekly for 10+ years I guess.

I like how all of the replies are blaming the guy making a suggestion (That is a good suggestion) as if the guy making a SUGGESTION is the "problem" and not the prison tailfeather flaggers encouraging more dysentery.
Its a suggestion guys, stop clenching your pearls in fear that Warmane is somehow going to dramatically alter the game from its original state because you are "Oh so worried" about keeping this server intact as much as possible.
I know the AH Robot in Dalaran being sized 2 models bigger will BREAK your immersion and fantasy of World of Warcraft circa: 2010, but trust me...Its not a big deal.

You think I'm concerned about them altering the game from it's "original state" when donors can drop like 150 bucks and get a Shadowmourne? As if that's not drastically altered from the months-long grind that getting it the in-game way is. It's simply annoying to hear this complaint still, it's been a problem since 2004 when the game came out, and was and is in some instances, still a problem to this day in 2026 in Midnight. Unless the staff wants to implement the force-dismount or the solid collision box like Blizzard eventually did, you will have to suffer the oh so hard workarounds of "Right clicking the nameplate"

First of all its not a complaint, its a suggestion, learn to read and second of all, if you dont wanna hear about it, dont read and comment about it. Nobody asked you to share your opinion, you wanted to comment on it on your own and acting all sassy about it, commenting like everyone is playing the game since 2004 or something. Ye sure, lets ask 20k people to make a workaround because thats easier then making a model bigger...I for example, couldnt care less about nameplates on neutral NPCs...
If it was possible to close down VoA because of portal gankers, whats so hard to do about this? its a quality of life improvement, not a game breaking private server thing like portals to everywhere in every city or custom gear...Edited: February 3, 2026

Ok, so what did I complain about? Can u quote me about the complaint? The only complain I read in this thread is you indirectly complaining about donors when they help you so you can actually even play here...
I am going to post if I see its a good solution to an ever existing problem - thing you just dont understand apparently since good ideas are distant to you...If im not stalking the forums 24/7 like u do to know that people complain about this same thing since 2008 then I apologize that I made you read about it yet again. I am looking for solutions that simply work for everyone without doing game breaking changes...you are just suggesting workarounds that a corporation suggested and we have to accept it... There is a difference between my way of thinking and yours at the basic level. We are playing the game because we like it, expension because we like the expansion, server because we like the server. But that doesnt mean we have to agree with workarounds, in the end we are the consumers and being critical about something is good since it forces progress.
If someone from staff comes and says something like: "we cant do that because its simply not possible", I will accept that.
And if you really want to discuss how I complain about everything, please check some of your replies on other posts...maybe you will notice a pattern-they are mostly sassy and negative because everywhere you talk, you act like you know everything. Maybe its a good idea to stop talking in the first place.
Saying that nobody cares about it, means YOU dont care about it, it doesnt mean everyone shares your opinion...yeah, that was a lesson for you that will not do anything anyway I bet since you are to stupid to understand the basic concept of a normal human interaction.

This was already done for mailboxes and Blackrock NPCs years ago, so I am going to venture a guess and say that the staff would be okay with doing this and that it hasn't happened yet because no one was bothered enough by it.
