WotLK Can't log in account in WoW

Hello Warmane Support,
i am unable to log into my account.

After entering my correct password in the game, i receive the following message:"You have applied a lock to your account. You can change your locked status by calling your accoun lock phone number."

I can log into the Warmane website without any issues. I am playing from PC, and using my home Wi-Fi connection and im not using VPN

Could you please check my account and remove the lock?

Are you sure your realmlist is set correctly to warmane and not some other server?
