Logging in from two diffrent computers/ip's etc

Hi there i have two questions:
1. Is it possable to log from home and my working plance with the same account, does it cross any restrictions or is it illigal at some point?
2. Prossesing from the first question if its possable to log from two divices/ip's, If i have no addOns on the second one will it change my settings on the first one after i played without any addOns for a certain amount of time at the second divice?

1) No problem with that
2) Addon configuration is stored in the computer itself, so addon configuration in one computer will not interfere with addon configuration in the other
