Hello, today I went to raid Naxaramas 25 in Onyxia
30 seconds after entering the raid, my power and internet were turned off
but I was still in the game for about 30 minutes
That's why I wasn't kicked out of the raid right away.
The electricity turned on after 2 hours, but I already have CD in a raid I wasn’t in
Please reset the cooldown for me on the character Bashnya

Your character was inside the instance when the raid killed a boss (Your character doesn't instantly logout after your game crash/internet lost) , thats why you got ID.
I'm sorry but the GMs doesn't assist with that kind of situation .
