WotLK vengeful gear vendor location

Hey all

anyone know where the vengeful gear vendor location is, on wotlk server horde faction

The vendor for Vengeful gear was located in Netherstorm, Area 52 a couple of years ago, but I think it got removed, as originally the vendor was not part of WotLK expansion.

You can now purchase Vengeful gear with coins on the Warmane Store.
