    Celestial steed

    If i buy celestial steed in one character in my account will i have it in the others chars too??
    like is that mount account bind
    also the spectral tiger

    At least for the Spectral Tiger, I can confirm that it is Character-bound, NOT Account-bound. Afaik, the Steed is the same, if you buy it for one character, you may only use it for that one.
