recently I have been seeing multiple answers out of GM ticket, where I reported a player and I was told by GM "Player has been dealt with" on the same day the same player logs-in to the game.
I reported a player that queued as healer(druid) and needed DPS trinket [ needle FoS HC] and there was a second player that needed the item for MS.
In this situation, druid should have been banned for ninja looting with 100% assurance ( I know the rules ) and there's nothing more you are required to add as a proof.
Was it RHC? Yes. Was he queued as healer and needed dps trinket? Yes. Was there someone else who could need that trinket for MS? Yes. That's book-like ninja looting example.
Another situation today. I reported a player named Jozefmengele. I was told the player was dealt with, it's a NAZI name and he was supposed to be banned. When you are flagged for a rename, you are unable to choose the same name while being flagged by GM, again. Yet, he is now online playing with nickname Jozefmengele.
My question is: Are you joking? I have been playing here since 2022 and I know the rules back and forth and I can see that these replies in tickets are just a waste of air particles. How can a person with this nickname still continue playing? How is it possible that a person reports a player that should be banned for 100000000000000000000000000000 percent and yet is in-game within the SAME day as you get a reply that he was dealt with.
I have clue. I have reported maybe 50-60 players and all of them were banned, suddenly these players were not. I reuploaded the screenshot of the guy with the TRINKET to the ticket in-game again.
So you wanna tell me that [ Jozefmengele ] is not supposed to be flagged for a rename? Read the rules. I was renamed when I had my mage "Miamihoe" because someone reported me for having "hoe" in the name even though I meant a TOOL not that name for a woman! and this guy has name Jozefmengele and he's playing still
