WotLK Phasing bug can't talk to NPC in ICC nor see my raid party members

... as the title states, I cannot access the ICC rep upgrade vendor, I cant physically see my raid members - some old wowhead topci suggested I do the Shadow Vault questline up to the Battle in Valhallas where you kill Elites... went into thee raid to check if it's fixed and it still isn't.

You can imagine I'm trying to progress and and I cant access the zone to farm rep? What's going on, appreciate your help...

Press the O key, then Raid, then click Raid Info. You will see you are saved and until when.

When you kill a boss in ICC 10 or 25 (or any other raid) you become "saved" and everything you kill remains killed until the lockout expires.

If you are saved to ICC 10 you can still do ICC 25 and vice versa.

I really don't have a lockout time on ICC at all...

Then I was wrong - I thought you were talking about this happening to you whilst inside the raid. That thread talks about Argent Vanguard quests, so it may be that.
