Site The registration site is absolutly dog****, please let me fix it

I'm a software engineer, and trying to register on this site was so frustrating that is the first time I have ever screamed to my screen just trying to create an account on something, please just allow me to fix it for you.

i mean ,all you had to do is reload the page if you did enter a name that is already taken.
i'm sure the developers can up-date anytime its not that hard, but not many people reported it .
