Hi ! I want to report a problem ! The fact is that for a month, all players from Belarus have been experiencing ping increases of up to 4k at 18:00 server time, making it impossible to play. I don't know what to do, whether to play or join a guild at this time. This is happening to all Belarusians, and it's not a problem with the internet, but with the Warmine server.
I support this post. Personally, I (from Belarus) and several of my guildmates (also from Belarus) experience ping spikes in the evening from 40-50 ms to over 1000 ms, making the game unplayable.
By the way, our provider is Beltelecom.
Is there anyone from the administration who could advise on how to solve this problem? Or maybe you could fix it on your end?
The problem started about a month or a month and a half ago.
I’m posting this on behalf of several players from Belarus (ISP: Beltelecom). For the past month and a half, starting around 18:00 server time, our ping jumps from the normal 30–40 ms to 300–1000+ ms, making the game completely unplayable.
We’ve done some traceroutes during both normal and high-ping periods, and the issue seems to be somewhere on the European route between Beltelecom and the Warmane game server (62.138.7.219). Internal Beltelecom hops are fine (2–7 ms), but once the traffic hits the international link (twelve99.net / Velia.net), we start seeing packet loss and increased latency.

We believe the issue might be related to network congestion or a problematic peering point between Beltelecom and the European upstream providers hosting the Warmane servers.
Is there anything that can be done from Warmane’s side — maybe contacting the hosting provider (Startdedicated / Velia) to check their peering with Beltelecom during peak hours?

The IP address of Onyxia is 145.239.161.30, but Onyxia and Icecrown are hosted in exactly the same place iirc, so there won't be any differences in latency or routes.
I am experiencing severe packet loss on the **Onyxia** server during evening hours (starting around 18:00 server time). This makes the game unplayable — abilities lag, characters stutter, and disconnects are frequent.
I have identified the server IP I'm connected to:
**145.239.161.30**
During the day, everything works fine. In the evening, despite the ping staying around 40–50 ms( in game 200-1000+ ms), I am losing a significant number of packets.
Here is a ping test I ran in the evening:

My ISP is **Beltelecom (Belarus)**.
Other players from Belarus are experiencing the exact same issue during evening hours.
Could you please check if the Onyxia server is overloaded during this time, or if there is a problem with the network infrastructure on your side (OVH)?
