    Lost characters

    Hi team,

    Can you please find out where my characters in Loradareon and Icecrown have gone and if they can be restored so I can get back to playing? Thank you!

    Your local files, where those numbers are taken from, aren't up-to-date after characters were deleted during inactivity cleanup or by another user from different PC.
    Characters deleted during cleanup can't be restored. Player (you or somebody else) deleted characters have recovery period of 30 days, but that costs coins.

    For Icecrown characters, check https://www.warmane.com/account/barracks just to be sure.
