Technical Read only

so i installed wotlk after a long break and i cant seem to take off the read only. I've tried basically everything on the internet and i'm lost

Your wow client is probably still in the list of active torrents of your bittorrent client. So, either remove it from the list of torrents or close your bittorrent client.

Do it to config.wtf in your WoW/WTF -folder.

If you're not getting the T&C every time you login, it should be fine.

im not getting the T and C but my keybinds reset after i do /reload

Move WoW folder to somewhere else, then do the read-only trick.

I don't think keybinds resetting after /reload means your folder is read-only. Have you checked if the folder actually is marked as read-only?

It's more likely to be an issue with your addons. Try disabling them all.
