please I need help with restoring my old account.

I created a new account because I don't get any replies to my emails.

I have a game account called hot1995
I have Priest Man, Woman, Disco/Shadow
paid VIP account.
and I think after an hour of testing, it is registered to the email

but I don't receive any messages with authorization codes to this email.

can you please help me with restoring my old account? I'll pay for it somehow.
but I would like to play on your server again but unfortunately I can't get to my account.

It's helpful if you include anything you recall surrounding the account to assist us in verifying your ownership in a timely fashion. Such information includes but is not limited to:
