But no one wants to lead.

You throw your shield and before the GCD is up, everyone has blown their loads, busted every cooldown and trinket, trying to top the dps charts so they can complain about pulling aggro. Just roll a tank FFS. Compare this to a game with no DPS meter addons (FFXIV) and the dps in that game let you pull all trash up to the boss before they even do anything. So much insecurity in this game. If you're worried that you won't top dps because you didn't start 3 seconds before everyone else, then you're just insecure.

Thats just a DPS doing DPS things. It's kinda frustrating when DPS dont wait for tank to settle up mobs and turn on some AOE.
ZTHey are blinded by dmg meters and they just pump out dps as fast as they can because they are afraid they will be low on recount and thats simply one of their insecurities.


If dps does that kind of stuff just ignore it and let him die and explain that he will die again if he wont calm down and be patient he will keep paying a lot of gold on repairs. What he gonna do? Kick you? You will find another dungeon with a single click while he will be forced to wait at least 30 mins for another tank.

I leveled duo, healer+prot warr, every time we went RDF, ***** dps would say:"PULL MORE" and when I said no, they would try to pull whole rooms and we let them die, we would start a vote kick, if person is not kicked we just go afk till they leave.
We can get another dps in 10 sec, but good luck getting tank and heal lol.
So my advise is just say stop it or I will go afk till you are kicked if vote fails you go afk, let them learn lesson, they are not the main character.
Btw prot warr till like level 55 does 50% of all damage him self do to Revenge spam, but explain that to *****s who pull threat and leave tank rage starved.
So yea make a macro, like I did, explain you are a tank and if they want to be you gonna go afk and gg, or if they ninja pull you gonna do vote kick, if person is not kicked you go afk till they quit, works fine.
We stopped tanking in Outland and went just pulling like 20 mobs at ones and killing them in 5 min, faster leveling than RDF with *****s.
