Technical World server is down

During a boss fight I got disconnected – my internet connection is working fine. After that I can’t log in to the Onyxia realm. I keep getting the error “World server is down” on two characters on this account.

On the Icecrown realm I can log in normally. I have already cleared the cache and restarted my computer as well.

That means that the world server is down, which is not your fault.

I can't log in to the Icecrown server because of this bug.
and there are people currently playing while i am unable to log in

also want to know if anyone have a fix? i can log my characters on blackrock and lordron but onyxia server down. And my guild is busy raiding.

I have the same issue. It says World Server Down while my friends are still online. But I can still play on other realms like Onyxia.

Do you have something to solve this issue? Same thing is happening to my friend right now. First he noticed that his ret paladin is doing 20% of the damage that he usually does, I suggested him to relog, and ever since he cannot login. It says "World server is down" while I am online on Icecrown at the same time. He can login to other realms without an issue but not to Icecrown. He didn't get banned either because he checked the website.
