Any english speaking raiding guild with 18 or 19ST raid times?

Any english speaking raiding guild with 18 or 19ST raid times?
Experienced raider with all 10 classes and some support chars, got 8/12hc and gs ranging from 6.3k to 5.5k on all 80s.
Any days work for me but all guilds I saw raid at 17 or 18ST and then at 00st+.
