New level 80 and need help

I'm at a spot in the game where I don't have good enough armor to do raids yet to get good armor I need to raids, what do i do?

Do random daily dungeons, farm emblems to get some decent gear. You can also farm gold by doing daily quests or selling valuable stuff at AH and buy yourself some bind on equip gear from AH or directly ask for a players with recipie to craft it for you. (Might be a bit cheaper that way if you can gather mats for the item you want. Check AH prices for that item before haggling with others to be sure.)

Forgot to mention that you can easily join ICC reputation farms to get yourself a really good ring. As a matter of fact, I recommend you do that and be done with it as soon as possible.

If your level 80 is "new" then you absolutely aren't ready for raids yet.
You'll want to get as close to 5300GS as possible before starting raids, and this is absolutely doable via ilvl 232/245 badge gearing and ilvl 264 BOE from the AH. Looks like it's time to start farming!
