website ticket system is cracked?

today i wanted to make a ticket about download is not working
then i tried to make ticket thorugh website but the only category i can select is ban appeal

Non-premium members only have ban appeal option.

What's cracked is that you didn't bother checking "Support Q&A" forum section. You would've found topic called "I can't download the game."
