Good evening, I would like to resolve my problem with the server. I was recently banned. I don't use any kind of hack or cheat, and I received a one-year ban. Yesterday I logged in normally, then left for work. When I returned, I tried to enter the game and couldn't. When I opened my account on the Warname website, I found out about the one-year ban. With all due respect to the team, I understand your work, and I know this is for the improvement of the server. However, I don't use any kind of hack; the only thing I use is ExitLag, which may be the reason for the ban. I ask the entire Warname team to carefully consider my case and, if possible, remove my ban. One year without accessing the server is a very long time. I understand that I shouldn't use ExitLag anymore, and I won't use it if that's really the reason for the ban, because there's nothing else besides that. I recently purchased a Shadowmourne from you.
