WotLK Donating priority?

Hi!

So,
should I donate HC versions of trinkets (STS and DBW) and then by vote points get the NORMAL version of OFF PARTS (ruby sanctum boots and necklace)
OR
should I donate HC versions of off parts (boots and neck) and then by vote points get the NORMAL version of trinkets
OR
should I donate HC version of one trinket and one OFFPART?

ITS DILEMMA :D HELP ME

STS Heroic and Apoc's Advace Heroic and the other two Normal, DBW is easy as hell to obtain in even small guilds, whereas RS items are more rare. Out of the three RS items, however, STS HC and Apoc's Advance HC are greater upgrades over their normal version compared to Penumbra Pendant HC.

IMO it's much easier to actually obtain the RS items through PvE. It's also usually much harder to get the trinkets since so many other people will be eligible to loot.
