Gnimos and Hakmunds forming arrows in elwynn forest?

Anyone know what is their purpose? It led me from goldshire to Duskwood, Twilight Grow. There is a question mark pointing to the portal. But I cant make out the shapes at the portal

If you go back, the arrows start from SW gates with the npcs forming the word: "FOLO". The arrows lead to Goldshire, to the path that goes to lakeshire, mid way another arrow going to Duskwood.

The end goal message is 01.01.17 for January 1, 2017. What was cool was people liked what this guy did, whom they call The Artist. The area kind of brought nostalgia from old wow days out of me and others^^.

But yeah, this was the same person responsible for the Goldshire/SW/Gilneas Bat situation from 2 weeks ago and the ashenvale explosions. Apparently this guy is making his own events.
The Artist is a player, not a GM, as always, this guy apparently has some time on his hands to make his own events.


It is for the gold cuts to 50% or the dude is planning another event similar to his bats.
Those were short lived end of October event lol

The same message is exposed in Goldshire, with a slight difference: 01.01.17 $/2

Minutes after this message, a small low lvl horde zone was attacked by lvl 80+ mobs, death knight looking enemies.

I guess this guy really loved those bats, found an alternative.
