Character Model Help

So I originally downloaded Wotlk (Old) I think. I noticed that there is like 5-6 hairstyles on every character that are just bald or w/e, basically not appearing. I took it as they aren't for the expansion and then I seen that I could download the WoD models and so I did. I run that client and still the same thing, no new hairstyles/facial features etc.

Any help?

You have the WoD models, follow these steps:

1. Go to your WoW folder (default C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Wrath of the Lich King 3.3.5a)
2. Go into data and remove patch-w.mpq
3. Go into EnUS (or EnGB) and remove patch-EnUS-w.mpq
