This happens when any pet crits. It has a ~40sec duration. Felguard crits constantly.

You don't even need this and you shouldn't be specing it. Even if you did spec it the 30% increase benefits all pets so...

And about demonic imrproovment increase ur demon crit chance by 20 % for 30 sec and felguard increas only atack speed

This is just more of a chance for Demonic Frenzy to pop on felguard, which increases his attack power by 80% at 10 stacks (8% per stack). With the fix in ap for pets, felguard now does more dmg than imp in the demo tree. Period. it doesn't matter if the imp can crit 20% mor, my felguard will be hitting 80% harder, which is a lot, 20% faster. I know what im doing so listen to my advice. USE THE FELGUARD.

Hello. I have a little problem with my demonology warlock. I followed your guide and I really like demo build, but in ICC25 I am not doing more than 5-6k dps. While other classes with simillar equipment can pull out even 7-9k dps. Don't know if it is bad skill usage or my gear.

No you didn't. At least not the part where it explicitly talked about gear.

First off your gems are all wrong. I know that most of your gear with slots is going to be replaced (try all but one), but you can still gem correctly. Don't gem int, pure spirit, and pure hit, gem what i told you to gem at least at the lower quality. The lower quality gems have almost the same names, i.e reckless xxx. Your meta is wrong, get the chaotic one. So gem like that and you will see some improvement.

Second, your talents are wrong. You can spec into Suppression but you shouldn't be taking out of your demo tree (Especially taking out of demonic knowledge). Take 2 out of Intensity (you aren't really geared well for ICC anyway so you won't need it that much). Also get quick decay.

Lastly you need more spell power, but that will come with better gear (i.e getting the Exalted ashen band).

60 FPS > 20 FPS o.0 As far as the MS, thats Distance/ISP dependant, not PC dependant.

I can also suggest for you to download Showfall Keypress and enjoy the small boost over your MS(it would change your MS but it will make it less annoying towards your spells.)


A slight question about Curses.

Currently for me CoA does quite more DMG than CoD. And as far as I read and know from other Warlocks CoA should normaly do more DMG than CoD, so is that extra GCD on a regular 3 min fight realy that crucial for Demo Warlocks, I know it is for Destro Warlocks, but since Demos are somewhat more DoT dependant than Destro, I kinda think that CoA should be your main priority, altought I might be wrong.

If there's one decisive reason to go demo, it's that your dps will be constant despite the raid composition. You give you and your raid 3 raid benefits (13% spell damage debuff, 5% spell crit debuff, and some spell power), which is more than other warlock specs. If you're the only warlock in the raid, or even the only caster, this spec would most likely give you the highest dps; however, hybrid/affliction warlocks benefiting from demo buffs could probably edge ahead... No more qqing about the lack of caster buffs in raids...

It's a pity the ICC 30% buff doesn't apply to your pets, because that would effectively put demo warlocks up there in dps meters.

13% damage debuff - all warlocks do that, not to mention it doesn't stack with unholy dk & balance druid, so no biggie
5% crit - that doesn't stack with the mage debuff, and every raid will have atleast 1 fire mage, so no biggie again
Demonic pact - should not stack with ele shaman's totem, but it does, so thats the only extra advantage - but its a big one none-the-less.

After getting bored at leveling my Rogue on FW, I decided to give my Sargeras Warlock a visit. And so I've got a few questions about the tier set bonuses (and gearing up in general):

1. I'm gonna buy my T10 Shoulders as soon as I'm able (I have 41 EoFs). Suppose that Toravon is kind enough to give me a T10 piece, is it worth it losing the 4pc T9 bonus in favor of 2pc T10 (especially when we take into account the higher iLvl of the T10 piece)?
2. I'm way over the hit cap (I replaced my bracers with the PoS normal one, and have 16.30~something percent, but Armory didn't update yet). Any tips on which I should replace with non-hit items (and at the same time keeping a iLvl high enough because the requirements here is bigger than what I've used to in FW)?
3. I'm currently doing 5k DPS on Toravon10 and around 5.5 on 25. Just a matter of opinion from your part: Was that good enough, and if not, do you think that I can improve on my DPS with that gear (mine has 5k GS; I'm gonna say that I hate GS)? I have yet to apply Quartz/ForteXorcist though, so I'm using the default DoT timers that Xperl has with it. Some sockets are f'd up (like SP+crit) and I'm using uncommon/rare gems (except for the Ashen Ring in which I used a Reckless Ametrine). And I have yet to grasp the 3-minute rule fully.
4. Say a certain boss is in the last 20% or so of his HP: Apart from using Corruption, Immolate, Life Tap buff, and the filler Soul Fires, would Curse of Agony be worth the extra GCD that's not going into another Soul Fire (assuming that I'm not on CoE duty)?

Also, for some reason, Armory doesn't show my +63 SP weapon enchant...

BTW, some Alliance raid leaders use the term "Hero" for Heroism :)

1. Get the t10 but don't use it until you get the 4p t10 bonus.
2. Don't stack gs, get the stats you need.
3. That's ok for now you will get more dps as you learn to play.
4. Yes. But only use COD if there is time left. One CoA < one Decimation
