I had never played an MMORPG in my life and my first few weeks as a gnome i was stuck and lost (obviously didn't know about the map feature) in the starting area, i got up to level 15 or so by doing this and nearly quit the game before trying out horde and discovering the simple life and a map ofcourse!
When i started wow, me and brother didn't know how to leave the island with Nelfs. We saw a dwarf there and started to freak out. He was also level 20ish and we flipped cause we thought that was crazy high
when is started playing wow classic each time i lost a duel vs a class i had to creat a char with that class and that's what took me 2 years to learn pvp so stick with one class :)
I used to keep going into heroics with DPS gear as a "tank" and than getting vote kicked out - never understood why until somebody told me "bro! you got DPS gear you're gonna get killed in heroics" and than i understood that critical hit and haste and stuff don't help when tanking, you need stuff like parry and dodge.
The pathetic thing about that is that i wasn't level 20 or level 30, i was 80! max level! and i didn't even know how parry and dodge are important.
Oh man, back in TBC. My first BT raid. I had no idea Tank had to take aggro first, so while everyone was patiently waiting i was yelling mad "WHY DON'T YOU ATTACK YOU NOOBS", got guild kicked and ignored by everyone. The shame. :(
The first time I played WoW, it was vanilla then, I couldn't get past level 21, and when I finally found out where to go I fell off a cliff. I didn't know how to resurrect....
Well. Me, I remember my first time in wow. It was TBC, I rolled NElf Druid, cause nature rlz. I was like... 10-12? I got few embarassing moments...
First, I didn't know how to talk to npc. I'd been targeting them, but didn't figured out that i need to right-click them. So... I began to talk to them on /s.
"Hello!", "Hi!", "Give me a quest!" omg...
Another moment, my first trip by Deeprun Tram (after travel from Teldrassil to Ironforge, which took me... attention... 3 days.). I tried to read from those tables (mind****), but suddenly train appeared, so I got on it... And, my god, I began to said weird things on /s.
"Goodbye Ironforge, I'm going to Stormwind!"
Well, when I finally get to deeprun in SW, i was thinking that I'am still in Ironforge. So again, goodbay Ironforge!
... And again, cause I get back to IF.
Or, I remeber, when I finally leave Elwynn Forest (kept killing only one Defias, waiting for his ressurect, and again), I was in shock - Westfall! What a different zone! And no rain, my computer with 256RAM can finally rest!
... So I began to said things like "Goodbye Elwynn, this is my new exp zone!!!:
What a shame... For month I was saying weird things on /s. Hope that nobody caught me...Sry for my English
