After looking around on the bug tracker, Shaman guides, and Shaman threads I've decided to post here. I can't seem to get the Call of Fire quest for Horde. I don't see it from the Shaman trainers or any NPC's around them. I also don't see it from Kranal Fiss in The Barrens. I'm now lvl 68 and have the other 3 totems and the earthen ring quest. Still Lost.

You're doing something wrong. This is what the wiki says:
"This quest is started by four Non-Player-Characters:
Swart, shaman trainer at Razor Hill.
Searn Firewarder, in Orgrimmar (he is found in Valley of Wisdom near the shaman trainer).
Narm Skychaser, shaman trainer at Bloodhoof Village.
Xanis Flameweaver, in Thunder Bluff (he is found on the Spirit Rise, sitting near the shaman trainer). "
The quest works fine and to prove it i actually spent 10 mins lvling a new shammy on ragnaros

I have same problem here. I lvled to lvl 50+ w\o totems, then i started doing totem quests, but i can get the call on fire one. I've visited every shaman trainer at Durotar, Orgrimar and TB but noone starts it. Any solutions?

Try to send a ticket to Gm, with my Troll shammy quest not working, with a tauren shammy all was fine;)

That's weird. I did my Call of Fire quest on my troll shaman at level 14-15 about 2-3 weeks ago and it worked! :(

Awesome, i need 30 posts to submit a bug =\ And looks like server stuff never looks through forums class section. Now im a lvl 80 shammy w\o fire totem. Just great!

Call of Fire bugged out for me too. I went to light my torch on top of the mountain only to realize that Fiss hadn't given me the torch in the first place. Dropped the quest and went back to him and he wasn't offering. Went to all other guys in the chain and none had a quest for me. /sad

Problem solved with GMs help after i've created a ticked. Quest is still bugged but server's stuff works really nice and react on tickets fast (it took about 5 mins to get help from them).

I just tried doing it after a GM let me re-start the questline. Everything went fine until I turned in the torch to the dude on the mountain. Since Molten added the fire sapta quest to him (which bypasses his fetch quest), it seems like you're not supposed to turn in the Call of Fire quest he receives. Either way, he took the torch and now I can't finish the questline. Opening another ticket.

So in the end I had a GM stay "on the line" with me while I went through the questline after he gave me the first step. It bugs out at the NPC on the mountain - Molten added a "Fire Sapta" quest to him so that we could (presumably) bypass the fetch quest, but the problem is that if you don't finish the fetch quest, you can't continue the quest chain. Additionally, the fetch quest was bugged and I couldn't acquire the reagent pouch from cultists, so the GM gave me the reagent pouch and fire tar, and I turned that in, which activated the next step and enabled me to finish the questline. Fire totem in hand now.

same problem here , but now i am lvl 80 on my shaman , and friends start laughing when thei see my shaman without a totem :)) , i made a tichet but still no answer ,

Bug still in affect. GM gave me quest and all is well so far. Just got Reagent Bag.

All I know is I ran around for an hour, back and forth, back and forth. I checked five different site for info on how to get orb and torch. Holy moly so I happen to just sell all my stuff in bags. I restart the quest and low and behold I receive a satchel I didn't notice before. I click on it and boom I have the torch and orb. Why so hard?

I started lvling a shaman y-day on Ragnar and i got the fire totem, still working on rest since i'm lazy with totems but i got the fire one so
