4/5 T10 would be nice, but you should ask these things from either officers or GMs in PM, I'm neither of those, it's just logical to me that you don't join an end-game raiding guild without that.

It has been a year of great success, a year where <Diffraction> conquered all available content and placed themselves upon a throne of end-game PvE guilds. In a year, Diffractions have killed 30 LK 25 HC making us a guild with highest success rate of LK kills on across all realms.
But, let's go from start. On a first day of Diffraction, we have killed LK 10 normal. On a first 25 man raid, we have killed LK 25 man normal. A task that was fairly simple for us. Thourgh time, we grown rapidly, acquiring all available achievemnts as first on Horde side, from Ruby Sanctum, till Lich King. And now, here we are. 1 year of succesful guild, 1 year of end-game achievemnts and still growing strong. Heck, we even obtained Molten's custom scripted boss few days before other guilds while receving a whispers from their GL's asking how to do him.
Diffraction is a guild which started as a sanctuary to a few known and promising players. A sanctuary where they shared an awesome guild bank and even more awesome stories. They are ex-officers and members of Marauders, Insidia, Delusion, Risen, Resonance, Celestial. As time was passing by and there was no suitable guild for us (due to time zone, rules, etc.) and there wasn't a good pug of ICC happening, we decided to expand our guild. Our pug raids could reach LK 10 without wipes and Sindragosa 25 with only 1 wipe which consequently made a lot of people being interested in joining us.
After 1 year, we've made it here. We opened our guild to recruitment and we are interested in veteran players who want to have their own peace in a friendly and helpful atmosphere within the guild and with awesome raids and raiding time (for the ones in European timezone).
In less then a year, in 9 months, we managed to be a top forum thread by views and replies.
- Current state of guild
Right now, guild is in progress of farming LK10[HC] and LK25[HC]. Making both 'Bane of the Fallen King' and 'Light of Dawn' mainstream. There are 3 Normal and 3 Heroic ICC25's in a week, along with countless of successful ICC10HC 'Bane' runs. There are also 3 consecutive Ruby Sanctum 25 Normal runs which are cleared in less then 1 hour and 30 minutes. Now that we have ICC 10/25 HC on farm, we are now putting our sights on Ruby Sanctum 25 HC.
And as it seems,LK is farmed so hard by us that even molten staff tries to reincarnate him!
... and LoD is so easy that even our fresh toons got it!
Also, besides ICC's we raid ToC (heroics), Ruby Sanctum, Naxxramas, Ulduar, Onyxia and pretty much everything just for fun (and DKP's). We have excellent progress in non-ICC raids, Ruby Sanctum 25 and Ruby Sanctum 10 Heroics are obtained by us as first on the Horde side, as well as ToGC 25.
