Horde or Alliance

I was wondering whether to roll Horde or Alliance when/if the realm is upgraded to 4.3.4, my main interests are probably PvE and playing the AH for profit. Is one significantly further ahead in terms of raid progression or auction house usage?

Please answer constructively and not turn it into a flame war!

If you are playing for pve you choose your faction because you like it not how advanced it is unless you are transfering a char from another realm then it would be different.

I know, I would usually roll a gnome but from looking at guild recruitment seems that there are more horde guilds? But then again, didn't know if that was the case or if some big PvE guilds weren't listed?

I think both sides are about the same atm not sure.

Just choose a race ya like and play it.

Horde for PVE there are plenty guilds that cleared every raid instance,killed bosses on heroic mode,i dont know if there is some serious guild related to PVE on alliance side,correct me if im wrong.

From what I've heard, Pinnacle has a pretty good progression on Ally.

On-topic: Roll whichever side you like more, both sides have a fair amount of PvP and PvE.

Depends on your timezone, for me Horde seems to lose in the morning while the Alliance loses in the Evening through the Night. Mind you I'm in PST time zone.

That makes sense. I cant usually be on in the mornings due to school so im pretty much screwed when it comes to pvp cause im in UTC -7.
