Why the Glyph of Unleashed Lightning is not trainable and can't be learned from the trainer and i love this glyph and i want to have it.Does anybody have any information how can i get it because i cant write in the bug tracker so i am asking you :?

It is teachable by Northrend Alchemy Research only, as far as i can tell its not added to loot table or we are going low on luck. :P
