Very good guide, noticed stacking mastery doesn't do very much for me, I have 36% and the damage difference between haste reforged and mastery is very low, around 1.5k maybe. Using a Haste 2H Necromaster spec and its working very well. Just throwing that out there.

You did and what a wonderful job you did, after you went Warsong, Breexx helped me with 2h. Now I tend to just play 2h.
As for spell pen, This isnt a full guide, this was just to update what we already know about Cata into 4.3... Spell pen is on every other frost dk and his dog's guides. I didnt need to point out the stupidly obvious.

He doesnt, considering he has been Dual Specced frost for as long as I've known him.
