As long as the player you want to play with isn't on a different region server, them you can party up and play just like normal through cross realm. If I'm on a USA sever, and the other is on oceanic then we can do instances together, but can't see each other in the world

Yh I made sure Im on an US server, since those I'm most likely to play with will be on there. Also it suits my sleeping patterns too, so I wouldn't have issues with raiding or PvP.
