Help a new shaman out

I'm new at shaman class, always wanted to play it but until now i didn't had the patience to learn it. I'm planing to go restoration and i have a problem choosing a starter trinket in pvp on WOTLK realm.
i don't know if to choose Show of Faith or Purified Shard of the Scale

I will use it, but better find some trink with spirit.

spirit for shaman? o.O never heard or saw spirit trinkets on shamans in pvp
