This will be the list of bugs i have found and confirmed myself with detailed info on formulas , calculation, and with testing screenshots.

in dept formula goes like this :
dmgperhit = (basedmg + 0.1*AP) * wepspeed/2.6 * mastery * ew * FLbuff
where :
basedmg =198.8
AP = your current AttackPower
wepspeed = speed of weapon with FL buff
mastery = mastery coefficient ( 20 mastery adds 50% dmg = 1.5 coefficient)
ew = Elemental Weapons (+40% = 1.4 coefficient)
FLbuff = Flametongue Weapon itself increase all non physical dmg by 5% = 1.05 coefficient unmodified
!!! important Elemental Weapons also increase FLbuff by 40% so if u have EW new FLbuff will be 5%*1.4=7% or 1.07 coefficient
that is formula for FL dmg per hit NON CRITICAL
example in my gear i have ~18k AP and ~ 20.29 mastery using 2.6 offhand so my FL dmg should be :
(198.8 + 1800)*2.6/2.6*1.45*1.4*1.07=4491.3 and i barely hit 1550 per hit non critical but molten devs did add double proc on FL so dmg is still lower but we are close
here is the proof :
Testing was done without using stormstrike, lavalash,weapon imbues and haste totem since since all mentioned increase number of hits and are supposed to increase REALTIME ppm and would interfere with calculating true ppm of MW.
Testing lasted for 15 minutes and 17 seconds. Two methods of calculating PPM were used: addon proculas for version 4.3.4 and ingame stopwatch in combination with recount tracking usage of MW5 with GHW.
Proculas result was 8.54 PPM.
Recount reported 26 GHW with MW5 for a time period of 15 minutes and 17 seconds.
This result to 26*5=130 procs in 917 sec and that is 0.14176663 PPS (ProcPerSecond) or 8.506 PPM.
Results from both methods are consistent within margin of error of 1%.
Also miss chance must be included in calculation, with 17% melee hit chance i had 7% of missed attacks, and that will increase measured averaged ~8.52 PPM to 8.52/93*100 = 9.167 TRUE PPM of MW while dual wielding.

MW with using haste buffs, dual wielding and all hit generating skills should result in proc rate of 30 - 60 PPM depending of buffs or 1 proc per 1-2 second like shown in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPxyOlzJZkQ and on wowhead comments http://www.wowhead.com/forums&topic=...om-weapon-proc
Maelstrom Weapon PPM should be corrected to 25 PPM since this is a BIG nerf to ENH Shamans.
I can confirm that the MW proc is extremely low, i'm amazed that Molten still has it listed as unconfirmed...It's a easy test to do and see it for yourself how low the MW proc is. A year ago when i played enh shaman i got atleast 4-5 insta cast in a duel, now i'm really lucky if i get one insta cast. This is a really big nerf for enh shamans survivability.
Dont forget the Searing totem shooting on the closed by mob instead of target with stormstrike debuff
sometimes it does attack my target with applied SS, SS itself is in macro with / petattack..
pretty hard to confirm, since that totem is going random every arena/bg ...

anyway i doubt, that this will bring some attention on us. in current state, we are underdogs for any comp. arena.
i noticed that to in arena and voted on bug tracker but i will add it on main topic when i test it thoroughly with my friends on hpala, bdk and disk priest with different talent sets and screenshots.
next 2 bugs i am testing in depth are absorb mechanic and searing totem targeting but i need time to test all possible options and talents that interfere.

I opened this topic because official shaman bug tread is more a collection of bugs from bug tracker and don't explain specifics of bugs and is not updated.
Lightning Shield and Water Shield can no longer be dispelled.
did someone notice that we get our lightning shield dispelled in arenas/bgs by some priests ?
this is not what ruins enha dps or something, but still ..
No one playing enh shammy because its very weak. Lots of bugs. No enh or only few enh shamman are on Arena rank 0-100 2v2 and 3v3. Iv love to play enh shammy since original,but i feel like its always behind from other classes. And now even lots of bugs. And after this patch, priests r so weird. Cant even low their PH down and too strong. Pls give some love to enh shammy.

we are not weak at all btw. we lack survivability, since 3x+ lower MW ppm, and endless "oom", auto-attacking our targets, described *here*.. These two alone makes you "weaker", no need to describe why.
