Went to the gym today. Did triceps, chest and abs.................I'm so pathetic.......I've lost so much muscle :'|


I was actually very angry at myself when I was at the gym. But, it's better to start again than not starting at all. Got a great work out, my arms are just broken and so are my abs. :'|

Tripped, fell down, broke the glass I was carrying and cut myself all over. Derp.

You should of got up and beat the **** out of that glass for cutting you :|
