Cataclysm Resto Shamans (PVP)

I just finished leveling my 5th toon which was a shaman. I'm aiming for top ranks in arenas like my alts in the past, as a resto shaman. My question is if anyone has a guide for arena Rshams. And of personal opinions, for an off trinket (besides every man trink) is it best to use Darkmoon card: tsunami or should I go for that extra resilience and get the proc pvp one.

if you are lookig for a pvp resto sham guide im pretty sure there is one here on the forums. The guides i suggest looking at are in the archives at arena junkies and skill capped. Skillcapped also features a restoshaman healing guide on youtube covering both basic and advanced shaman tactics.

Now on your trinket question both are viable options. I normally do not have any mana or throughput troubles so i bolster up my defense a bit with the proc trinket.
