Nature's Guardian Bug?

can anyone confirm or deny that the Nature's Guardian buff for resto shamman that is suppose to proc if you spec it in your talent tree works or not. I have it speced right now and i have not seen my max hp go up when im below 30% on Warsong cata

EDIT:I made further tests and it doesn't seem to work (i asked a hunter to nuke me down and it didn't proc) so yea, it's bugged, at least in pvp. If someone opens a report on the bug traker i'll vote it up
