It's not about a shift but logic. I and A are the only vowels used as single letters. I could have put it in a for loop of all 30 combinations to find it out anyway.

Hmm, i see, to make it harder to solve I will have to make the I and a switch with a different set, although I have attempted to make it in my program but I can't get it to decode it with the same process. Not sure what I would do with this code if I did make it.
