BiS weapon

Hello i want to donor a weapon for elemental shaman.
I know that

Ti'tahk is better regardless. Though the heroic version isn't out as far as I remember, but the haste helps greatly, and the stats are far better. General rule of thumb, DS gear is BIS for all classes.
