1. Found a cup which had water left over from when i made rice a week ago.
Smelled like someone threw up in the cup.

  2. So what you are saying is you spend upwards of $25,000 a year.........on food? You should think about that the next time you see a homeless person on the street corner.........
You'd do well to think before you speak, considering you know absolutely nothing about me besides a number taken out context. I've done plenty to contribute to my community. Just saying.

On a lighter note, there's a spider sitting (standing?) above the switch to my lamp and I'm not very happy about it.

  3. Got the heirloom 1h tanking sword from Garrosh :D Well My Paladin's gonna be happy once she's 90.

Spiders are nothing, what you really need to worry about are wallmasters.

    **** them all.

  6. How much beef is costing my family for the next half-year to a year:
0$, since it is already paid for, butchered, and in the freezer. If you figure out what we paid per pound, it's under 4$ a pound but all of those expenses are gone. That's cheaper than store bought, tastier than store bought, healthier than store bought, and includes steaks. Steaks you would pay ~$20-30 at a restaurant, 10$ at the grocery store and it be lower quality.
    How much pork is costing:
0$, although we don't have all that much in the freezer, we got three new hogs one for us two for our friends, which after fees (We ask for costs, and they give us more) they end up paying for ours. Plus, one of them offered to smoke the meat for all three of us, only a couple of butchers are allowed to smoke meats anymore here, but the ones around here that are any good require you to kill and clean the animal yourself, we would rather not do that.

So what you are telling us is that you have a farm? :p
My grandparents lived next to a moo moo cow farm and used to get beef from them all the time. Man that stuff was good, lol.

  8. You've earned yourself a one way ticket to my ignore list.
I wonder why it's so hard for me to also be in that ignore list.

I live very cheaply even though I can afford to indulge myself. The reason is simply because besides the usual bills and misc, I eat and consume very little. The most I spend money on is vacations, followed by clothes.
Some of my friends don't understand why I live so cheap but go on so many vacations. The answer is always because I like to build my life on experiences, not items. So instead of spending 1k euro on Christmas gifts and a large tree and a feast at my place, I'd rather go on a vacation to Berlin. Just me.

Was less an argument and more miscommunication of opinions.

Anyone else find waking up to your dog cuddled into your chest just adorable?
    Not when he's 35-40 kilos. :|

About all this income stuff. I don't know that much about the financial situation of my parents, but they're high middle class. I think my dad makes $120k a year? Maybe a bit more... lol.

And because my mom is amazing at exploiting my dad's work bonuses + marriot rewards and whatnot, we can basically go to Hawaii for a week and only have to pay for food when we eat out...which is what I'll be doing come CNY*. :D (Chinese New Year)

*Devon I get CNY AND Christmas breaks you mad brah?

That said they're going to be putting 3 kids through college at the same time...they're somewhat worried about that. :/

I'm debating whether to go to the school in Ken ****ING tucky or try to afford Portland state (with scholarship + part time job + student loan). I really would like to live in the dorms. Opinion on living off campus, for people that went to college? Does it make your social life any harder?
